Service Description

He Kākano (The Seed) is designed for beginners and those wanting to strengthen their Te Reo Māori foundation. Over 6 weeks, you’ll explore basic vocabulary, greetings, pronunciation, and simple conversations, all within a supportive and engaging environment. The course also introduces key cultural concepts, waiata (songs), and activities that connect learning to whānau and everyday life. By the end of the term, you’ll have the confidence to use Te Reo Māori in practical, meaningful ways and continue growing your language journey.
